Cessation, Sluggishness and two more similar enchantments from each color (different sets) will trigger Spirits as they go from Battlefield to Graveyard to Hand. Not sure if any of them would fit your theme but I thought the interaction was cute.

If you haven't seen Aspect of Mongoose before you probably haven't seen the others. There are three per color i think. Launch, Cessation and Spirit Loop, Sluggishness etc. Recasting enchantments that fit your deck is as good as card draw sometimes.

Hey there, cool deck!
For infinite tokens and red mana there’s this combo: Bishop of Wings + Arcane Adaptation + Kykar, Wind's Fury .

Mana Geyser + Reiterate is another infinite mana combo as long as your opponent has plenty of tapped lands.

I would personally not use Spellbook if you’re already running Reliquary Tower . I’m not too sure about Sluggishness in here also, unless there’s a particular combo I’m not seeing.

This isn’t something you may go far but since you are already running Narset, Parter of Veils you can also run Windfall , Winds of Change , Teferi's Puzzle Box , Reforge the Soul , Wheel of Fate or Wheel of Fortune . If you do, you force your opponent to get rid of their hand and only draw one card while you get a new hand. Pretty mean but it’s powerful.

Overall I like your list of instants you are running. Seems like they all should work really well! +1 Good luck

Protection from red will prevent the 1 damage, but will not prevent the tapping, because the ability reads "those creatures" rather than "creatures dealt damage this way."

Protections prevents: Blocking (Thundermaw Hellkite can't block Akroma, Angel of Wrath) Equiping/Enchanting (Sluggishness can't enchant Akroma, Angel of Wrath) Damage (Chain Reaction can't damage Akroma, Angel of Wrath) Targeting (Act of Treason can't target Akroma, Angel of Wrath)

Protection only applies when relevant, preventing a portion of an ability, but not necessarily the whole thing. Thundermaw Hellkite won't damage Akroma, Angel of Wrath, but will still apply the rest of its effect, tapping it down.

Anything with "fabricate"? creature or artifact to sac.

Mostly when i played Shattergang Brothers i had a problem with enchantments. Aspect of Mongoose or Rancor were the best. there are other cards from the same set that were red or black. Sluggishness ect.
