I am trying to tweak a Dimir Cipher deck for Standard because I LOVE IT. I want to make it as viable as possible, while still making it primarily about Invisible Stalker and Cipher

I understand that cipher shenanigans are not going to win any pro tours, but I did take some games at my first Standard tourney at a LGS with a shittier version of this.

Any comments are welcome! In particular, I am worrying about how to handle super aggressive decks.

edit: After playing this deck at a few tournaments, and the release of Dragon's Maze, I have made substantial revisions.
