I'm building a Vela the Night-Clad deck and looking for some creature sacrifice outlets in blue and black. These are the colors I have the least experience in (which is part of the reason I'm building it) so I'm not sure what to pick or look for.
I was hoping for outlets that provide a benefit that scales with the number of creatures, such as Ashnod's Altar rather than Viscera Seer. Stuff like Carrion Feeder is okay (I know there's a couple of better versions of that) as is slower stuff like Ghoulcaller Gisa but it seems like there should be some cooler stuff that I'm just not aware of or remembering. I don't need things that benefit from the sacrifices like Ghost Pact or its variants but feel free to mention them if you feel it's particularly relevant.
Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the list. I'm trying to avoid milling opponents or forcing them to discard, those both generate more heat around here than nearly anything else. Locals play EDH to run their favorite cards and hate seeing them go into the graveyard unplayed; I think it's a bit silly but that's how it is.
I love that Fallen Ideal, reminds me of Fallen Angel. I might take a chance on it despite not having much recursion for enchantments, as that triggered ability is neat.

Dimir House Guard because that transmute is killer since you can search for Grave Pact if you already have a sac outlet

not many that I can think of in mono 
but mono 
has several and artifact has several as well some that have not been suggested are Phyrexian Broodlings, Diabolic Intent, Lord of the Pit, Phyrexian Vault, Life Chisel, Grafted Exoskeleton all you do is equip it to the next victim and the one it's on dies

I have her as a deck, and trust me, Its better to do an ETB return to hand thing than it is to sac.

I appreciate all of the posts guys. Sorry I wasn't more responsive, work got crazy and I had to pull a 12 hour day after that, haha.
There's a LOT of black/blue sac outlets. I had browsed Gatherer, I was just hoping for some suggestions based on other people's experiences.

Ashnod's Altar, Altar of Dementia, Phyrexian Altar, Attrition, Infernal Tribute, Spawning Pit, Viscera Seer, Phyrexian Tower, High Market, Carrion Feeder, Hell's Caretaker, Stronghold Assassin, Sadistic Hypnotist, Fallen Ideal.
There are a lot of good ones, really just depends on what you want to do.
