So i just got into mtg and people told me to try commander so i bought a commander 2016 pre-constructed deck (open hostility)Open hostility

I would like to know if what other card i could splach in to make it even more aggressive and if it's not to much to ask i would like to know if there's different rulings between 1v1 and 4 players games

1v1 commander and multiplayer are different formats with different rules and banned lists. The precon is designed for multiplayer. I don't know much about your deck in particular but good sources of information are edhrec.com and the command zone podcast on youtube (they are releasing an episode on the open hostility deck sometime in the next 2 weeks)

commander rules remain the same whether 1v1 or multiplayer. http://mtgsalvation.gamepedia.com/Commander_(format) is the best place for rules reference that i know. there are a number of cards that do something when they deal damage to a player which with saskia happens twice Charnelhoard Wurm, Hypnotic Specter, Abyssal Specter, Avenging Druid, Barbed Shocker, Shocker, Mana Skimmer, Nafs Asp, Odylic Wraith, Order of Yawgmoth, Soltari Visionary, Stigma Lasher, there are also some infect related cards but i dont know them since i dont like infect. also if you are interested in infinite combat turns Aggravated Assault and Hellkite Charger with Bear Umbra or Savage Ventmaw. not all the listed cards are necessarily what you want but all options are worth thinking about.

Anything to make things harder to block or more dangerous. A couple suggestionsIroas, God of VictoryMaybe Rapacious One for manaInfect with creaturesAlso any creatures with a good "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player..." ability will be amazing.

The worst cards that profit from double damage are surely Umezawa's Jitte and Sword of Fire and Ice, also Sword of Light and Shadow and the other swords to a lesser degree...every creature with lifelink is also fine. Infect is great too but you would need many creatures with infect to make this your main strategy and some infect stuff, for example Inkmoth Nexus, is quite expensive.

If you want to have some extra fun, add Hatred to your deck. Attack a player that has no defense and kill the one you chose with your commander too...

You might also want to include stuff to fix colour problems and increase speed but that's mostly a matter of your budget. How much do you want to spend on this deck?

Duel Commander completely changed with the last banlist/rules change, so if you want to play duel, I'd build a completely different deck.

Atony1400 actually the French Commander rules completely twisted the format with the newest change because they not only made changes in the banlist but also set the life total to 20. I wouldn't even have a look at their page if you don't know for sure everyone around you wants to play that specific format.

We have commander torunaments here every once in a while but they are held with the original rules on the wizards page and the banlist there, not the French one. No one wants to play with the French rules here anyway so the normal commander rules are used for multiplayer and duels alike. If I were AngelWolf I would check what people play in his area and then decide if it makes sense to have a look at the French rules or not. It's more fun to play the normal commander anyway, also with two players, because if you want to play an eternal format without balls you can go for modern...with the wizards banlist the power level of commander is more like "vintage-light" in duels, as games are often decided in turns 1-4.

Winterblast Really? I play as well and our games take maybexit an hour or two minimum.

It probably depends on the budget Nite_Owl12, because when you have a look at what is actually allowed in commander, you can basically build vintage decks without P9. You still have 5 mana artifacts that cost and 8 or more in total that produce more mana than they cost on the turn they are played. You have lands that produce more than 1 mana without a major drawback, the most powerful of which is Mishra's Workshop...you have countless 1 and 2 mana tutors for all sorts of card types, massive carddraw engines, several boardwipes with cmc 4 for all types of permanents including lands.

In duels it can be over very fast. If no one wins in the early game, matches can indeed last long...if you take the same decks to a multiplayer game it will most likely last much longer if no one is able to kill right at the start (which is usually prevented by at least one of the involved players).

Of course, this won't happen with preconstructed decks, I'm just pointing out the potential of the format compared to what they did with the French commander...

i wanted to point out that anything that says "deals combat damage" does not take advantage of saskia but she loves "deals damage". Nite_Owl12, Winterblast just thought you 2 might like to know that. that said many of those cards are still good options.

Guess I didn't read it well...thought the ability was part of the combat damage

TC the best cards Ive found with Saskia are more damage doublers to really get aggressive.

Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, Gratuitous Violence, True Conviction, Dictate of the Twin Gods, Wound Reflection, Quest for Pure Flame, Furnace of Rath, etc all seem to end games very fast with her.

Also any creatures that can hit multiple opponents at once such as Hydra Omnivore or any creature with Myriad (though Caller of the Pack and Herald of the Host are probably the only good ones). Blade of Selves will surely put in lots of work as well.

Definitely Akroma's Memorial to start, and I'll second RedUndead40, Blade of Selves seems like an auto include in any Saskia build.
