Just a fun idea I had, not necessarily a competitive deck. The deck could be made for fairly cheap by substituting the lands, getting normal arts and nonfoils and swapping out the equipment. The idea is in getting out Rafiq of the Many with the Darksteel Plate, Champion's Helm, and Sword of Truth and Justice, then supporting him with exalted creatures like Sublime Archangel.
