A Dimir mill combo deck using the following combo for infinite milling:

• Have an Altar of the Brood in play
• Play Traxos, Scourge of Kroog.
• Traxos comes in tapped. Mill 1 from Altar of the Brood
• Cast Retraction Helix targeting Traxos
• Cast an Ornithopter for zero mana
• Altar mills for 1 again
• Traxos, Scourge of Kroog untaps because you cast an artifact spell
• Tap Traxos to bounce the thopter back to hand
• Replay the thopter, milling again with Altar of the Brood.
• Keep tapping Traxos to bounce and replay the thopter; infinite mill achieved.

The rest of the deck is geared around finding your combo pieces and surviving until you can get them out.

The nut draw / first couple of turns would be:

• Swamp, Altar of the Brood
• Island, mill one, Scheming Symmetry, tutor combo piece, play the Venture Deeper half of Merfolk Secretkeeper
• Island, mill one, Merfolk Secretkeeper, mill again, Contingency Plan, find second combo piece
• At this point you can kill or counter things with Drown in the Loch until you find the last combo piece (unless you had it from the start).

The little Scheming Symmetry / Venture Deeper combo also works on T3 with a Manic Scribe.

As usual if you have an Altar after T1 remember to try and play it before you make your land drop for turn. You also need to make sure you hold on to an Ornithopter if you get one rather than playing it immediately.

Castle Locthwain is in to help your card draw as you only have Scheming Symmetry or Contingency Plan to help you find your combo. The four Fetid Pools ensure you can play the Castle Untapped on T2 if you need to. If budget isn't a consideration, replace these with Watery Grave. One copy of Ipnu Rivulet gives you a bit of late game mill, but also enable your Fatal Push to target higher cost creatures, and turn on the Delirium on your Manic Scribes for extra milling.

There is one copy of Mystic Sanctuary which can be used late game (if you have it) to recycle a Drown in the Loch or tutor/draw spell, and one copy of Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth to make your Castle Locthwains more likely to come in untapped and more easy to activate.
