This decks purpose is to get out a turn 3 Stormwing Entity. 12 instants and sorceries that cost one mana make this have a high probability of happening (assuming you draw Stormwing Entity). The rest of the deck is fairly generic spellslinger payoffs and spells. Spectral Sailor is in their to support Miscast so that you can punish them for playing around the one mana you held up.
