My impractically-priced dream faerie deck.

This deck is primarily tempo-based control. Has a perpetual land lockout using Mistbind Clique: Riptide Laboratory to return Mistbind to hand the replay it via Aether Vial or just straight paying the mana on the opponent's upkeep, keeping them almost completely locked out of the game.

I only need to acquire Aether Vials, the Umezawa's Jitte s, and the swords before I can start testing in local tournaments. The Force of Wills and Wastelands will be a long term investment, and will be subbed for less-powerful cards in the meantime.
