Some pile a friend of mine made and I want a record of it here. 3x combination of Hostage Taker + Lumbering Battlement and Agent of Treachery = steal all your opponent's things.

Mostly it's Esper "ETB tribal" with Lumbering Battlement as a way to recycle those triggers and also present a massive threat. Too bad it doesn't have trample or evasion :/

In the future I might swap out the Mortify in the sideboard for Kaya's Wrath , Cry of the Carnarium or Vraska's Contempt as Mortify doesn't quite do enough, I don't think. Hostage Taker is great against midrange decks and Cast Down and Moment of Craving do enough work against aggro that I don't think I need two more single-target removal spells. Contempt exiles which is nice, while Wrath and Cry both hit multiple creatures which is important in some matchups.
