Coloured Artifacts. I'd say it's pure and simple, but the colours are anything but. Once again, made out of easily obtainable stuff / stuff I had lying around (not looking for expensive cards that I'd have to buy, if I can trade for them then I'll do that).

The deck itself is obviously focused around artifacts but using Esper's characteristic of having them be coloured. I went a bit planeswalker mad with this one but Agent of Bolas and Venser are brutal with the right setup (AoB especially with the artifact lands). And yes, there is a heavy abundance of artifact lands (please don't hurt me). Master of Etherium and Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas are both affected by the number of artifacts that you control so they are perfectly suited to artifact lands (then Creeping Corrosion happens :'( ).

Finally, the deck has a hard time staying down. Most of the cards in this deck can be fetched from the graveyard through reanimation cards (Scarecrone, Skeleton Shard etc.) and Sharuum the Hegemon, with the bouncing capabilities of Venser, constantly returns artifacts that your opponent destroy back to the field.
