I'll try to be brief about the strategy of this deck I need help improving.

This is a fun deck centered around controlling your opponent's lands as you use cards such as Mind Stone and Izzet Signet to mana ramp up to a potential turn three Annex and/or turn four Dream Leash . Meanwhile you have counters like Mana Leak that hold your opponent off until you can cast Frost Titan followed by Wildfire to basically sweep the field of creatures and lands leaving your mana artifacts and Frost Titan . You then can continue to tap an opponent's land each time you attack with Frost Titan setting them back yet another turn on mana and leaving them open for Frost Titan to finish them off.
