This list runs pretty close to the non-budget lists, with the main difference being {R}{B}{W} instead of {R}{B}{U}{W}. This means that this list has to run Shriekhorn instead of Otherworldly Gaze.

Other main difference from all other decklists can be probably summed up as

+1 Silversmote Ghoul

+1 Smiting Helix

This list relies more heavily on Silversmote Ghoul than on Narcomoeba to bring back Prized Amalgam. Silversmote Ghoul on its own brings Prized Amalgam to battlefield at the end of the opponents end step, which will make it dodge most board wipes for a turn. Smiting Helix is added to provide more versatility (removal, direct damage and another way to recur Silversmote Ghoul.
