B/W Sorin's Tokens- Casual

Casual

So here's my dilemma:

Standard was really aggressive during Innistrad and Return to Ravnica. Casual, Kitchen table Magic is less aggressive, but still faster than normal because of the influence of those cards - they're the first sets for many in our playgroup. How do I slow that down to create a control-ish deck?

A small quantity of life gain may be necessary. Creature swarm as blockers and as offense. Maybe add a bit of immutable blockers ( Mistmeadow Skulk and Souls of the Faultless ). Use Sorin, Lord of Innistrad as both token-maker and pump spell to deal the necessary 20.

I don't want it to be too powerful for the playgroup, but I want it to be capable of handling the following:

Soul Warden, Rancor, Lightning Bolt and/or Lightning Helix, Boros Reckoner, Master of the Feast, Lingering Souls, an early Giant Adephage or other large monster such as Thunderbreak Regent.

Updates Add

I've added Dictate of Heliod to replace Night's Whisper and played a few games with the change. I find it much more beneficial if I can use a combat trick to get an advantage in the creature battle.

Given that I cannot use Intangible Virtue to make my army larger, I turned to something instant-speed that I can use to create extremely advantageous "Blowout" situations.

I'm unsure if Rousing of Souls is worth considering.
