Deck is a blue black mill that focuses on landfall, using the blue black instants and sorceries to mill, jace's phantasm to block, and eventually Jace to finish things off. I added Phenax to possibly add another win route. Would love help getting this deck modern compliant and competitive. Any card recommendations are welcome. Took a long break from the game and looking to get back into it.
