The goal of this deck is to assemble a combo of Eidolon of Rhetoric + Erayo, Soratami Ascendant and using Echo Mage and Gigadrowse to make it to four spells in a turn.

Detailed plan:

Turn 1 - Island

Turn 2 - Hallowed Fountain, Erayo

Turn 3 - Island

Turn 4 - Island, Gigadrowse, pay replicate 3 times

Turn 5 - Any Land, Wrath of God

Turn 6 - Eidolon of Rhetoric (Now your opponent is in a lock, where they simply CAN'T WIN except if they played a noncreature win condition beforehand, and I can't imagine one they can manage. My primary win condition at the moment is Keranos, God of Storms.

Also, on my sideboard - Dispel, Negate, Kira, and Cancel.
