The goal is to clear your opponents' battlefields, and strike home with no opposition. On top of that, sending cards to the graveyard in any way is a secondary goal of this deck, so as to prevent your opponents' counters. There's also cards to whittle down your opponents' life if the match is dragged out, or if you want to deal with the big threats first, then come back to them.

Key cards include typhoid rats and profane memento, and typhoid rats combined with burning anger is an excellent combo that I think is not stressed enough in this deck.
