One of the best decks in modern is Tron, but is costs a fortune to get a T1 version. Luckily, the basis of the deck is the Tron lands and land tutors, which are very cheap. By switch out a few very expensive cards like Oblivion Stone and Karn Liberated with the cheaper equivalents of Perilous Vault and Steel Hellkite, the deck can drop to around $100!

This deck is also easily upgradeable to the non-budget version, since it has the barebones of tron built in.
