Turn 1: Hand disruption spell; Turn 2: Get a vehicle down, either Heart of Kiran or Smuggler's Copter; Turn 3: either Lingering Souls to crew a Copter, or one of the Liliana's for Planeswalker value and Heart of Kiran crew, alternatively can be crewed by Ruin Raider (which might not be good enough-but is a three drop creature that can crew either vehicle and can immediately gain some value).
