The goal of this deck is to enchant a player with Tainted Remedy, then go to town on their face with lifegain. The suffocation of your love will ultimately be the opponent's end. If you do not have T.R. in your opening hand, you can simply use the lifegain on yourself as you get attacked. Of course, we DO have responses to creatures as we employ cards such as Devour Flesh, and Blessed Alliance. 8 removal spells is not horrible, and there is plenty of cycling among the land base to help find Tainted Remedy.

If the opponent plays enchantment removal, then one better be able to cast Tainted Remedy and have the means to kill him/her on the same turn, or else the user could sideboard Flicker and Shepherd of the Flock to protect Tainted Remedy.

On account of all the great criticism I've received for this deck, I will continue to tweak it and even make a copy of it that employs creatures such as Wall of Shards, Laquatus's Champion, Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Angel of Destiny, Tree of Perdition, and much more.
