Compared to other tribes is hard to see a viable vampire modern deck, so I made this list trying to accomplish that.

Removal - Fatal Push , Collective Brutality , Gatekeeper of Malakir , Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord , Ifnir Deadlands

Disrupt - Thoughtseize , Inquisition of Kozilek , Collective Brutality

Draw - Castle Locthwain , Duskmantle Seer

Lifegain - Gifted Aetherborn , Collective Brutality , Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord , Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet

1x Fatal Push one more removal against creature based decks;

2x Infernal Reckoning good card against affinity or eldrazis, cheap removal with a payoff;

1x Inquisition of Kozilek disrupt because it can help in almost every situation;

1x Thoughtseize disrupt because it can help in almost every situation;

2x Damping Sphere a little hate against tron and storm;

2x The Elderspell kill those little bastards walkers;

2x Liliana, the Last Hope great card, provides a lot of value against grind matches;

4x Leyline of the Void gravehate side 4 against dredge, crabvine and stuff.
