Historic getting some hot new fishies dropped, and there are more than thirty good UG merfolk now! What a pickle. Fortunately, we're on the case!

All potential candidates in the maybe board.

The obvious ones are the 12x lords, the classic powerhouse Silvergill Adept, and the potent new 1 drop Shoreline Scout. They're speaking for 20x slots, and Svyelun of Sea and Sky is obviously very powerful as 2-4x. coco likewise takes up 4x slots. Shoreline scout allows you to cheat your landcount a few, as does Glasspool Mimic  , so you can probably get by with ~20 lands. That then leaves you with ~12 flex slots.
