Trying to get Modern Dragons to work

The biggest concern is mana cost - so added in a small snow package for land fetching reasons, and the meld as an alternate win con. There's also a treasures subtheme to help get big plays out -- the concern now is interaction. A goldfish style of play, I don't know how resilient this would be to disruption.
