Very interesting take on a voltron deck! It's probably meant to be as janky as it is, but I'm gonna drop this list on you for your consideration anyway. Some of these are not budget friendly, but I'm just throwing it out there.

Pir's ability works on more than just +1 counters so maybe something like War Dance ? Anything that gets storage counters might work so Mage-Ring Network . Legacy's Allure could stop people from playing creatures really fast.
Helix Pinnacle could be activated one point at a time to double you investment.

the blue advantage was implied, im just saying that they are somewhat comparable, as good shell commanders for elfball. also marwyn has some good synergy cards that people may be looking over by looking at the elf part too much. some of the cards im about to list are sub optimal if you run too many, but show that she can generate decent value for pretty cheap: Aspect of Hydra, Aspect of Wolf, Berserk, Ivy Seer, Become Immense, Scent of Ivy, Strength in Numbers, Timberwatch Elf, War Dance, Wirewood Pride. now you shouldnt run too many of these because they are only one shot effects, but some of them add enough power to make up for that by making occasional big bursts of mana, and she is another umbral mantle/ parun abuser. i expect that her wins will be along the lines of huge pump spell> dorks> revelation> more dorks> craterhoof. i can easily see this being viable as tier 3. im gonna be brewing her soon anyway in hopes shes atleast respected as tier 3, she will be a good break from mairsil.

replace War Dance with Rancor at least!! I think Ivy Lane Denizen would be a lot better if it curved into Tana.
Champion's Helm is annoyingly expensive but it could be good with your commanders, helps protect Tana. Haunted Cloak is pretty sweet for decks that want a buff commander. Ring of Valkas is another piece of equipment that people tend to ignore.
I would strongly reccomend Regal Force and Shamanic Revelation. Hunter's Insight could be decent draw in this deck.
Perilous Forays could be decent in this deck, use your saprolings to thin out your deck and ramp for the late game. Easy response to board wipes.
If you're looking for more removal I've been fairly impressed by Orim's Thunder. Dromoka's Command is an option.
