Mind Raker
Creature — Eldrazi Processor
Devoid (This card has no color.)
When Mind Raker enters the battlefield, you may put a card an opponent owns from exile into that player's graveyard. If you do, each opponent discards a card.

Notes
-
you can’t have 5 Endbringer, playsets are 4-max. I assume this is a typo?
-
you don’t actually need that many colourless sources. I’d suggest ditching all the Ruins of Oran-Rief and 2 of the Zhalfirin Void and use basics in their place. Add in 2 each of mountain/swamp/island i reckon.

I can bring along Blight Herder to replace the weak Mind Raker

I immediately regret my comment because it makes perfect sense with Mind Raker! Thanks for the explanation!

Perhaps it was a play on words, due to the fact that the main card is called Mind Raker?
Maybe next time you think of acting like a pedantic jerk, don't. After all, you might make a better first impression!
I hope my comment helps!

I finally feel like I've find a pauper deck that feels really, REALLY, midrangey. Props to you. I will probably build it soon enough trust me.
Otherwise, I suggest you should put in 1-2, maybe 3 instant removal, like Unmake or something; in late game Castigate, Journey to Nowhere, Oblivion Ring, Chainer's Edict, Mesmeric Fiend and Mind Raker are all sorcery speed removal/discard effect, and they are really good, but like I said, late game in top-decking mode they are kinda meuh...
Otherwise, I'm repeating myself, but gosh I like your deck. I should also say this; it's not blue, nor green. Evermore, it's orzovh, a really underrepresented combination in pauper. Love it man.

Something of note Grinning Totem, Sadistic Sacrament, and Jester's Cap exile from their library which does not give Tariel, Reckoner of Souls any targets. These got me thinking though and I went and looked at the eldrazi processors. This idea is really janky but you are getting your opponents best creatures if you do this.
Blight Herder, Mind Raker, Ruin Processor, Ulamog's Despoiler, and Wasteland Strangler all work for this plan. I want to emphasize that this is taking jank level to over 9000 but it would allow Grinning Totem, Sadistic Sacrament, and Jester's Cap to give Tariel, Reckoner of Souls some targets.

Blight Herder and Mind Raker dont reanimate anything from the grave. they put cards that have been exiled, into the grave. not sure why you thought they would reanimate anything.

How about Grinning Totem? Pick best creature in someone's deck and change Lazav into it.
For being even more nastier, You may try to add card that exile cards from enemies libraries and then use Eldrazi creatures that bring exiled cards to graveyards. By that I mean something like this:
- Cast spells like Bitter Ordeal or Extract and exile some desired creature
- Then use cards like Cryptic Cruiser or Mind Raker to put them into graveyard and turn Lazav into them.
