I have a Noyan Dar deck and it is my absolute favorite. My deck is more of a hard control build (14 counterspells, 7 board wipes, etc), but I think I've still got a couple pieces of advice that could be helpful for the way you've built yours.

First, if it's not too much of a hassle, I'd recommend changing your basic lands to snow-covered basic lands. There are two cards that I have in my deck that have performed really well so far because I have snow lands: Avalanche Caller is a really good way to protect your animated lands from removal and the +4/+4 isn't bad either. Graven Lore is a powerhouse. Scry 5 and draw 3 at instant speed is most excellent.

Some other suggestions:

Clockspinning is a cheap and easy way to repeatedly trigger Noyan Dar. Adding an extra counter to your lands is nice as well.

I don't have this card in my deck since I usually just make 1 land creature VERY big rather than making multiple land creatures, but Energy Arc is another spell similar to some of the "untap all creatures" effects.

Hope this helps!

Azorius Cluestone : Instead use Heraldic Banner . You can choose black and simply pump and have any color.

I dont know if the snow lands are wroth it since only Graven Lore uses it and there are better card draw cards.

seeing as you got a snow theme going on, a Priest of the Haunted Edge might be good. gets death triggers for nev, plus good removal that gets around indestructible. a Graven Lore also for that sweet sweet scry 5, draw 5.

also you know it wouldn't be a squishy deck comment without saying you need more ramp. with lots of 5, 6, 7+ mana spells you need to be able to cast them kinda early. signets, lockets, talismans, tons of options for artifact ramp. you need to include those

Going to give some feedback on playing this. I had a great time actually. First game unfortunately was against a snow Simic with almost the same cards except with much heavier beaters (Spirit Bear of doom!). I managed to get a few wins out of it though thanks to Ravenform and Annul to shut down the crazy Icebind Pillar. I switched in some Saw it Coming as I did not have access to Graven Lore and used it to great effect against a Goldspan or two. That said, I love killing things like Koma, Cosmos Serpent and said Goldspan Dragon with Priest of the Haunted Edge stealing them with Draugr Necromancer or King Narfi's Betrayal, only to tap them with Frost Breath. Fun, tough deck with a lot of response. I also switched in a Poison the Cup to be a bit more aggressive when I didn't have fliers and I replaced Frostpeak Yeti with Ascendant Spirit.

Changes:

Island -> Snow-Covered Island

Glimmer of Genius -> Graven Lore

Reason: Graven Lore was just too good to pass up.

Rhystic Study -> Inscription of Insight

Mystic Remora -> Sentinel Totem

Reason: I simply needed to make some cuts and while I do agree Rhystic Study and Mystic Remora are super powerful cards I felt like that the deck is able to draw enough without them. Insription of Insight is a versatile spell which can do so much and Sentinel Totem cycles itself if Eligeth is out and can control our opponents 'yards.

Hello,

I'm having a lot of fun with the snow archetype too, but I think you vastly under-estimate how useful Jorn, God of Winter  Flip front side is, as I did at first too.

Untapping everything let's you get another permanent back with his back side, it lets you pump more mana into your Ascendant Spirit (3rd ability is repeatable), you can trigger Frost Augur again, let's cast that big Graven Lore that you weren't quite able to squeeze out otherwise... and more. It's really worth it.

I splash green just for that, and for Binding the Old Gods . It's excellent removal and it can get any forest card in the library (not only basics) straight into play. Death touch isn't the most useful, but we have lots of small dudes so it's not irrelevant.

With that said, your version seems fun too, but I would avoid using Shadows' Verdict since that would remove a lot of the things you want to bring back from the graveyard with Kaldring, the Rimestaff . Also I feel like 4 Narfi, Betrayer King is a bit overkill since in theory as soon as you get one, you can keep replaying him.

In any case, we're playing snow, and that's cool.
