This is a themed deck after the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. The cards selected in this deck were mostly for flavor instead of synergy. Below is a compilation of each card that references something in the movies. Still a very fun deck to play despite it being low on synergy. Do not be fooled, this deck is the real deal and can win commander games.

Quotes

Angler Turtle - Mr. Gibbs: Then, on the fourth day, he roped himself a couple of sea turtles, lashed ’em together and made a raft. Will Turner: He roped a couple of sea turtles. Mr. Gibbs: Aye. Sea turtles. Will Turner: What did he use for rope? Jack Sparrow: Human hair. From my back.

Manifold Key - Marty: It’s a key. Jack Sparrow: No. Much more better. It is a drawing of a key. Gentlemen. What do keys do? Pirate no. 2: Keys unlock things? Mr. Gibbs: And whatever this key unlocks, inside there’s something valuable. So we’re setting out to find whatever this key unlocks. Jack Sparrow: No. If we don’t have the key, we can’t open whatever we don’t have that it unlocks. So what purpose would be served in finding whatever need be unlocked, which we don’t have, without first having found the key what unlocks it? Mr. Gibbs: So we’re going after this key. Jack Sparrow: You’re not making any sense at all.

Ragavan, Nimble Pilverer - Barbosa: "Why, thank you, Jack." Jack: "You're welcome." Barbosa: "Not you, we named the monkey Jack."

Boneyard Parley - Jack Sparrow: Parleley, parlelellyleloooo, par le nee, partner, par... snip, parsley... Ragetti: Parley? Jack Sparrow: That's the one. Parley. Parley. Pintel: Parley? Damn to the depths whatever man what thought of "Parley". Jack Sparrow: That would be the French.

Treasure Cruise - Gibbs: Look alive and keep a weather eye, men! It's not for naught it's called Shipwreck Island where lies Shipwreck Cove in the town of Shipwreck. Jack Sparrow: You know, for all that pirates are clever clogs, we are an unimaginative lot when it comes to naming things. Gibbs:[nods] Aye. Jack Sparrow: I once sailed with a geezer lost both his arms and part of his eye. Gibbs: What did you call him? Jack Sparrow: [pauses] Larry.

The Indomitable - Mullroy: Well, there's no real ship as can match the Interceptor. Murtogg: The Black Pearl is a real ship. Mullroy: No, it's not. Murtogg: Yes it is, I've seen it. Mullroy: You've seen it? Murtogg: Yes. Mullroy: You haven't seen it. Murtogg: Yes, I have. Mullroy: You've seen a ship with black sails that's crewed by the damned, and captained by a man so evil that Hell itself spat him back out? Murtogg: No. Mullroy: No. Murtogg: But I have seen a ship with black sails. [Jack quietly slips passed them unnoticed] Mullroy: Oh, and no ship that's not crewed by the damned and captained by a man so evil that Hell itself spat him back out could possibly have black sails, therefore couldn't possibly be any other ship than the Black Pearl. Is that what you're telling me? Murtogg: [nods] No. Mullroy: Like I said, there's no real ship as can match the Interceptor.

Heirloom Blade - "Sword!"

Thaumatic Compass - Will Turner: How can we sail to an island that nobody can find with a compass that doesn't work? Mr. Gibbs: Aye, the compass doesn't point North. But we're not trying to find North, are we?

Treasure Map - [Jack is trying to read the charts.] Jack Sparrow: Up is down. Well that's just maddeningly unhelpful. Why are these things never clear? Jack Sparrow: [Suddenly figuring out the charts] Not sunset...Sundown! And rise... up! [begins running back and forth between the sides of the ship.]

March of the Drowned - Jack Sparrow: All hands to the boats... [looks at Barbosa] apologies, you give the orders. Barbosa: Gents, take a walk! Jack Sparrow: Not to the boats?

Blasphemous Act - Jack: You may kill me, but you will never insult me. Who am I? [Beckett shrugs like he doesn't know. Jack gives him a look of stupefied confusion] I'm Captain Jack Sparrow!
