Surprise!

A blue-green, creature-counterspell (best of both worlds) that mostly utilize unused mana at the end of opponent's turn and protect creature along the way. Your opponent is surely in for a not-so-nice surprise!

This deck is built on the idea of Flash creatures, except for Invisible Stalker and Mishra's Factory (although the surprise element is still there for Mishra). You will cast them most of the time on your opponent's turn to surprise them. For example when their creatures attack, you surprise them with a 6/6 Briarhorn or block their key creatures with a Winged Coatl . You can also use Venser, Shaper Savant to return permanents before his turn ends or crush mass creatures with a Cloudthresher , you get the idea.

There are two important things you need to remember with this deck: 1) Because you can cast your creatures on your opponents turn, your hand runs out fast. That's where Brainstorm, Blue Sun's Zenith and Mikokoro, Center of the Sea come in. You need to replenish fast. 2) You need to protect your creatures with counter spells and Vines of Vastwood. Once you ran out of creatures, you're in deep trouble.

This is a fun and surprisingly versatile deck. Try it!

Updates Add

Removed the two Ashcoat Bear and replaced them with Plaxmanta instead. For the same cost, I get an extra ability.

I have also removed Naturalize and made it as a sideboard instead. I replaced it with another Venser, Shaper Savant and Vendilion Clique. This makes the creature rooster more formidable.

The last thing I've added is Cloudstone Curio. Once in battlefield, it will give more flexibility to you. For example, when you're out of counterspells and Mystic Snake or Draining Whelk is in play, you can cast a cheap creature, say Plaxmanta, and return the former. You get the idea.
