First thing's first: Notion ThiefGC is an illegal card in this deck because it's outside Vivi's color identity.

Next, your premise: Vivi wants you to storm off. His +1/+1 counters aren't really there for you to beat someone to death with (although it can work that way if you go long enough). You want cards like Gitaxian Probe and the like. Cantrips that are 1 mana, maybe 2, and then a lot of cheap ramp (which you have)

All in all, though, I like the deck. It's good at Bracket 2, may struggle at bit at 3, but it will have explosive turns because Vivi is just that good.

Electric Seaweed looks like it fits at first glance, but it has 2 drawbacks compared to other cards already in the deck. 1. It costs 4 mana as compared to most of the others that only cost 3. The haste is nice, but a few of the others have that as well at 3 mana. 2. A big drawback to this deck is that i have to worry about doing any damage to my own creatures or player. Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph doesn't care if it is damage to opponent or not when he adds to it and neither do the deathtouchers. The fact that Seaweed's 1st turn trigger ability isn't a "may" ability leaves me open to board wipes from my own creature.

I tend to play with 1 opponent as often as i play against more so i actually made a point to remove the lands like Training Center that come out untapped with 2 or more. This deck is also super bent on the 3 CMC so the Stormcarved Coast actually works out pretty well with it more often than not.

If I may recommend a few spells for you to consider: Necrologia and Withering Boon. The first will give you a massive card draw and gain 1 life per card. The next is a surprise to your opponents who are unaccustomed to being countered by black magic.

They stay in the current dungeon. A player taking the initiative or having the initiative at the start of their upkeep causes them to "venture into the undercity". That distinction from "venture into the dungeon" only matters if you don't have a dungeon yet, in which case you have to start in the undercity. If you're told to venture into the undercity while you're already in a dungeon then you just venture normally, regardless of which dungeon it is.

701.49d Venture into [quality] is a variant of venture into the dungeon. If a player is instructed to "venture into [quality]" while they don't own a dungeon card in the command zone, they choose a dungeon card they own from outside the game with the indicated quality and put it into the command zone. They put their venture marker on the topmost room of that dungeon. If they already own a dungeon card in the command zone, they follow the normal procedure for venturing into the dungeon outlined in 701.49b-c.
