Help With Picking Creatures for Mono W Equip

When Sigarda's Aid was spoiled I started brewing. What I have right now takes some inspiration from cheeri0s but doesn't utilize the storm combo and instead wants to cheat equipment onto creatures for value.

What I'm having trouble with is deciding on what creatures to run to go with the equipment. Puresteel Paladin is a non-negotiable 4 of but the other creatures I'm not sure about. Right now, I have Ornithopter and Monastery Mentor. Ornithopter has merit because it's free and has flying, making it a good target for equipping things to but doesn't have much else going for it. Monastery Mentor gets buffed whenever I play an equipment and spits out dudes, however, it seems like it might be a little too slow. Some other creatures that I think might fit are:

-Relic Seeker: It searches out equipment and has renowned but it's conditional and slow, which makes it hard to utilize.

-Kemba, Kha Regent: This would take the place of Monastery Mentor. It spits out slightly larger tokens but requires you to have equipment on it and doesn't have prowess. It's slightly slower because he doesn't trigger until your upkeep.

-Brass Squire: This is just redundancy on cheating with equipment. It's slow and probably doesn't have a place in this deck, but it could be worth noting.

I cannot decide which creatures are better and where to fit additional ones in. I would really like some help with picking creatures and finding slots for them. If you can think of any other creatures that might work well or have suggestions for other aspects of the deck, I'd love to hear them!

Odric, Lunarch Marshal. Definitely run three of him if you're doing monowhite equipment. Go for stuff that gives your creatures abilities. Take Chariot of Victory for example. With this one equipment, Odric can give all your creatures haste, trample, and first strike. Armory of Iroas can get shuffled around to distribute +1/+1 counters. You can protect your creatures by sticking Swiftfoot Boots on for hexproof. Strata Scythe can make a creature huge in a monocolor deck. You might also consider siding Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite as an answer to token heavy decks.

The one guy you seem to completely overlook is Mirran Crusader :)

Equip any sword on this guy and it's pretty much GG! I have brewed a lot with Sigarda's Aid and I ended up with some Bant build. Geist of Saint Traft + Rancor + Spectral Flight + sword = win :>

Not sure about Brass Squire though, a bit slow IMO. Lightning Greaves is just huge too, makin sure your equipped guy stays alive

Mirran Crusader, Akroan Skyguard, Dawnbringer Charioteers, Elite Skirmisher, geez there's lots. Basically the Heroic ability is great, too.

Kor Duelist is basically the best one drop in equipment decks. Signal Pest ain't bad either, but you need enough creatures to justify the Battle Cry ability, otherwise Duelist or Champion of the Parish are better :)

Mirran Crusader is indeed one of the better equipment targets. Any of the hatebear type creatures really are good to have around. HEroic creatures don't get triggered from equipping so they actually would be taking up dead space that could be used for better removal. Brimaz, King of Oreskos is good too, any type of value generating creature really.

Agreed on the above note about Heroic. Better to use Prowess.
