I play lots of EDH, and nicknames start evolving. here's the list I can think of right now:
Oblivion Ring- O-ring
Oblivion Stone- O-stone
Marath, Will of the Wild- Goatsie
Nath of the Gilt-Leaf- Guilt trip
Nevinyrral's Disk- nev's disk OR larry's disk
Explosive Vegetation- explosive vomitation
Melek, Izzet Paragon- Milk OR pentagon
Maelstrom Wanderer- Counterspell, anyone?
Oloro, Ageless Ascetic- Cat's in the cradle (and the silver spoon, little boy blue and... You get it)
Zedruu the Greathearted- Also goatsie, actually. or "white elephant"
Scourge of Valkas One that goes through is reffered to as a "GG". if it doesn't its a "GET ID OF IT! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, EXILE HIS GRAVE!"
So, What names do you have for cards? do you not have names? are you lonely and have no friends? do you create threads because you strive for the human contact you will never have? do you keep asking questions because you're alone, afraid, and just want an answer to something, ANYTHING in life?

My edh generals tend to get really strange nicknames. Liliana became Lilers. Horobi, Death's Wail became hobo.

He's banned in edh, that's my only format so that's why the name came up. Plus is pisses off SaniTheCat. He thinks griselbanned should be unbanned in edh.

Not commander, but I used to call Ash Zealot "Ass Zealot" when she was in standard.

LIVEFORCHAOS makes sense. Honestly I don't understand his basis for thinking. I guess he's fairly new to edh so maybe he doesn't understand how powerful card draw is.

I didn't think it should be unbanned, I was just sad he was because I pulled him from a booster.

Also Bane of Progress has become known as Bop, because it bops all the artifacts and enchantments with its face.

That's pretty scary. Top is banned for slowing games down but a powerhouse like griselbrand isn't? Even more reason to stick to "normal" commander I guess.

My card nicknames are usually to shorten card names that I say a lot. Prophet of Kruphix is Pro-Kroo.

Omnath, Locus of Mana is known as Omnomnom cause he eats all the mana.

Oh boy... Too many nicknames to count. Very few even make sense. Usually it's just picking a rude word with the same vowel sound honestly. Sometimes we're clever. Not always. Usually not.
I'm 17 and male what more do you want from me

Back when I was 17, not long after the card came out (yeah yeah, I'm old), Uktabi Orangutan was F*cking Monkeys. Matter of fact, on the rare occasion that I see it now, I still call it that.
Oh, and Gorilla Shaman is known as Mox Monkey

Festering Goblin will always be the Zoblin Gombie. Likewise the new Shambling Goblin.
This one happened in reverse. If someone needs to get up from the table to go take a dump, they say they're dropping a Giant Warthog.

Oh lord, we have so many Magic poop jokes. We once played "describe your shit with a card name" and some were never forgotten (Watery Grave, Lethal Vapors, Drown in Filth). Also, describe you dong with a card name had some good ones (Headless Skaab, Bone Splinters)

Gray Merchant of Asphodel - Gary
Garruk, Caller of Beasts - Gary
Bit of a trend happening there Only ones I can think of atm lol. Most of the stuff the OP mentioned we call stuff the same thing.
