Multiple EDH deck plans. Need help!
Commander Deck Help forum

I am working on several new EDH decks after deconstructing all of my old ones. One of them is going to be helmed by a commander my friends chose for me in a game of commander dare we all agreed to, the others are my choosing and I am trying to build them outside the typical themes they represent. The commanders are:
Vaevictis Asmadi (friend chosen, no clue what to do with this yet)
Rashmi, Eternities Crafter (Elf tribal w/ control)
Ghoulcaller Gisa (Zombie tribal w/ heavy emphasis on black control) EX: Painful Quandary, Polluted Bonds and other oppressive cards.
Hanna, Ship's Navigator (75% Enchantment, 25% artifact focused control with a strong focus on blinking effects) Ex: Fiend Hunter + Cloudshift, Infinite Reflections, exiling removal for opponents while running Lifeline + Field of Souls)
Atraxa, Praetors' Voice(Creature counters and stax control. Running all the Ascensions with her and a lot of non-planeswalker cards that utilize counters and experience counter creatures, +1/+1s and energy)
Lovisa Coldeyes (Tribal w/ a lot of red control like Price of Glory and Zu Zu)
Opinions, ideas, and critiques are all welcome.
Rashmi is a great choice with good colors but I'd be interested to see what could be built with Vaevictus.

I say Rashmi or Ghoulcaller Gisa. Zombie tribal, I think is fun. But rashmi's colors are super strong.

Ghoulcaller Gisa is my choice. I currently run a Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet deck with her in the 99. It's a strong deck that gets even stronger once she hits the table. Her plus Thornbite Staff with say Phyrexian Altar is good time for all as long as you've a 2/2 zombie token to sacrifice (as tokens technically enter the graveyard before they disappear as a state based effect). Toss in Illusionist's Bracers and Nim Deathmantle for some additional fun if you're sacrificing something larger, like Grave Titan for example.

Oh I almost forgot, to further support Ghoulcaller, Zombie Master plus Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth = a way to bypass anything on the table that my stop your zombies from eating brains.

I would also like to see what you do with Vaevictis Asmadi. I have a Legends one I have no idea what to do with.....

MTGApprentice2016 Atony1400 MoonTurtle7 Quells GreenFuzzyNinja: I think there was a misunderstanding as I am making ALL of these decks, just wanted opinions and ideas for each.

Well, just build Jund dragons. Asmadi is a giant dragon, so you can just use June pieces and stuff from Tarkir like Sarkhan's Triumph and maybe even Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker himself?

@Atony1400 I actually plan to play a mix of green ramp, black/ red X spells, and run aggressive board control creatures with him.

Oh my bad, use something like Call to the Grave for Gisa
Consider making it a combo deck using and abusing the colours you have. Maybe using things like Price of Glory and Ruric Thar, the Unbowed to control the field kinda like a light stax deck. You seem to like control.
For rashmi I definitely recommend things that let you see your top card. like Magus of the Future and Garruk's Horde. Scrying is your friend as well.

I vote Rashmi
