Wasted Devotions is mono black devotion featuring a discard theme with Waste Not. KTK has given us a better Mind Rot in Rakshasa's Secret . Not only do we make them discard to trigger Waste Not, but we mill ourselves. This way Murderous Cut always costs one and we can also abuse Whip of Erebos. Abhorrent Overlord and Master of the Feast are our whip targets, but we can just cast them as well. We have Black Cat and Disciple of Phenax for further hand disruption. We can also bring in Brain Maggot and Despise disrupt our opponent even more. I know this needs Thoughtseize and Hero's Downfall but I don't have them online. I do have the actual cards and since this is destroying top tier decks online I'm going to put together a non budget version and test it. I'll update the list after testing.
