If you're planning on playing in a tournament, remove the Smuggler's Copter, as it is banned. The Smuggler's Copter is there only for casual players.
Your optimal hand will have 3 lands, either Inventor's Apprentice,Toolcraft Exemplar, Vexing Devil, or Veteran Motorist, and a vehicle. If you can, start off with an Inspiring Vantage, and follow up with a cheap 1-drop. This deck is pretty self-explanatory. I only have 2 Skysovereign, Consul Flagships, because if you swing only at the right times, it's pretty darn hard to get rid of it, and it's a legendary, so you can only have 1 down at a time. If you're planning on dropping a Cataclysmic Gearhulk, keep Depala, Pilot Exemplar as your creature, and either Heart of Kiran or Skysovereign, Consul Flagship as your artifact. If you have a Gideon, Ally of Zendikar in hand and on the battlefield, use his ultimate, then play the Cataclysmic Gearhulk. Next turn, play your second Gideon, Ally of Zendikar and sacrifice the first. You can always use his 0 ability to get some 2/2's to crew your vehicles.
