Sideboard

Instant (5)

Creature (2)

Enchantment (2)

Maybeboard

This deck generates multiple ticks of life steal from multiple sources, most of which combo off of each other causing a chain reaction while granting other effects to some cards as well. Cards also encourage fast tempo and an aggressive playstyle while slowly whittling down your opponent's life while bolstering your own and increasing the power of your creatures.

90% of the cost of this deck is tied up in Godless Shrine , Exquisite Blood , and Marsh Flats so if those cards are removed and the lands replaced with basics then the deck and sideboard should run roughly $30-$40 in total, though you will lose some reliability with the loss of the fetch and shock lands.

Also built into the deck is an infinite combo for an instant win in the form of Exquisite Blood and Cliffhaven Vampire . The interaction between the two cards' static effects means that when you gain life or when an opponent loses life the cards activate causing you to gain 1 life and cause 1 damage to an opponent until their life total hits 0 and you win. Exquisite Blood by itself also comes in very handy to maximize life gain per turn; though it is a relatively "expensive" card for a budget deck so it is considered optional, but adding it does yield a massive boost in deck synergy, optimization, and your win rate.
