Long story short, this deck was one built quickly just before an FNM.
Basic idea of the deck is to get early advantage, maintain that advantage, and build upon it. Getting the early advantage is easy with good 1drop creatures. Maintaining it is easy with counter spells. And its easy to build upon with cheap creatures and burn spells.
Card draw isn't here because there is no real need for it in this deck. Ponder's main purpose is to setup Delver or break mana screwing.
edit:
Several Changes. Dropped turn to frog for the simple reason it can't deal with wurmcoils (its ability activates when it is put into the graveyard not when it dies. Difference in keywords).
Redirect and Reverberate, 2 of each in the sideboard not mainboard. I went to FNM and played this deck against a few different decks. Against decks with thick control shells they were helpful. Mana Leak + Negate + sideboard in reverberate and redirect lead to a lot of control over control.
Splashed wolf run helps. And the furnace scamp makes a difference in priority. If you have a scamp and a noble swinging at the same time, the scamp may take priority for a moment letting your noble grow while they block the scamp.
Gonna switch up the spells a bit and keep testing.
