on the first view he looks like an withe strange card with boost. But he can be much more Painful as you thougth...

I got two ways to play with her: First you can use him combined with ETB-Triggers. For example: Exile 3 creas with him with ETB triggers, bounce him back with v Justiciar's Portal or Siren's Ruse then all ETB triggers trigger again.

Seconly you can use him as jump board: exile with him for example 3 creas, so he is 10/11. then attack and kill him with Thud . then all ETB trigger again.

with Naru Meha, Master Wizard repeat the process or Naban, Dean of Iteration trigger all triggers again.

you play vs aggro and your opponent has many Creas? no problem, clear the board when your creas are exiled with Lumbering Battlement .

As Legendary_penguin_of_death say has this deck an infinity combi.

Whe you have an Naban, Dean of Iteration and you blink an creature then you can flash Naru Meha, Master Wizard then you can copie the blinkspell and target her. So you can copie the blinkspell so often as you like. So you have all ETB triggers ypu like infinity times. Funny when you target Lumbering Battlement .
