Nexus deck featuring Tamiyo, Collector of Tales
Tamiyo is incredibly strong in this deck. Her plus 1 can dig for a Nexus or a key combo piece, and her -3 can be used to get a combo piece or answer when needed. You can return Blink of an Eye repeatedly to wipe their board, clearing the way for Frilled Mystic, and Kasmina tokens to get in for damage.
This list plays more planeswalkers than the standard list to test their viability. Specific reasons for the other two walkers:
Narset, Parter of Veils: her -2 ability can make sure we don't stumble during our Nexus loop, and can dig for answers or combo pieces. Her passive is incredibly strong against control, and drakes.
Kasmina, Enigmatic Mentor: Her ability to filter draws, and make tokens in the primary reason for Kasmina's inclusion, but the passive does come up surprisingly often. It helps protect walkers from Vraska's contempt, and there's something very satisfying about watching someone pay 4 mana to Cast Down a wizard token. Still unsure if she has a permanent spot in the tech, or what number to run.
After playtesting for a bit, the deck definitely struggles against go wide strategies. Esper control can be a serious problem if they resolve Teferi, Time Walker as our options for dealing with it are extremely limited.
There are a couple of 1 of cards that I feel might need to be cut for counter magic.
Blast Zone seems like a good choice of inclusion. Maybe cut the Interplanar Beacons as the life gain is not incredibly relevant.
Considering adding Arboreal Grazer. It can be a good source of ramp, and is capable of blocking Thief of Sanity. Might test as a sideboard option first.

1. Took out Clear the Mind, and 1 Kasmina, Enigmatic Mentor for 2x Spell Pierce in mainboard.
2. Took out Interplanar Beacon, added 3x Blast Zone
3. Went up to 26 lands
4. Added Arboreal Grazer to sideboard
