The Vampire Nighthawk will be your defense (death touch). With him, you can use Vampire Lacerator to defend, attack, and make numbers for the late game.
To prevent anything that could ruin your game, just use Distress and Duress to know what the opponent can do and frustrate him. Destroy the most powerful cards they control with Dismember and Go for the Throat. These cards let you delay enemies strategies and know what they want to do next. Gatekeeper of Malakir also destroy cards when kicked.
If you use cards like Verdant Catacombs and Tragic Slip, you can sacrifice a Bloodghast again and kill an opponent creature to make Bloodthrone Vampire stronger or to use Scry + Kalastria Highborn and gain life.
Kalastria Highborn is the plain B to win the game. In the late game, you will attack for sure. But if something happens, you can sacrifice all your vampires, use the lands, and just win with the magic of that card ( Viscera Seer is useful here ).
Bloodline Keeper is a great vampire, you can use him or the Vampire Nocturnus to beat the game in aggressive mode. To use Vampire Nocturnus, stay alert and sacrifice a Bloodghast to use Scry and control the next card. For Bloodline Keeper , put him on the battlefield when you have sure u can transform him nearly. I like this one a lot because we can aways create more defense or attack with flying vampires (and sacrifice them with Kalastria Highborn + Viscera Seer to win).
Vampire Hexmage is the Planeswallker killer.
Sorin Markov makes the opponents life become 10. Use him when your opponent have a lot of life. You can use him to kill monsters and give +2+2 to the Blade.
Blade of Bloodchief is Great when equipped in flying vampires. Do not equip it with Bloodline Keeper cause that vampire should not attack, instead make tokens with him.
Viscera Seer is weak, but is also the key to other effects. Remember that and don't forget to aways sacrifice a vampire that dies attacking, blocking, or whatever. Use the sacrifice in response. Control what you will take.

Bloodthrone Vampire , Blade of the Bloodchief , Bloodghast , Shadow Alley Denizen and Undying Evil can turn a creature 16/16 with intimidate.
The Bloodthrone Vampire should be equipped with the Blade of the Bloodchief, with just one Bloodghast in the battlefield, you can sacrifice him to get +4/+4 for each time he goes to the graveyard. Put an land and he will come back to be sacrificed again. Use Undying Evil to sacrifice Bloodghast again and again. If you know that your next attack can win the game, just sacrifice the Shadow Alley Denizen (or any other vampire). With the Shadow Alley Denizen in the game your Bloodthrone Vampire has intimidate.
