I don't really ever deckcycle or look for advice, but I'm genuinely interested what people think about this. I've been trying to make it work for some time now, but it's just been consistently a turn or two too slow. Any ideas are welcome and appreciated.

Deck is made to abuse synergies with Rewind once you hit 4 mana. Rewind into Mystical Teachings to get more gas, Elephant Ambush to start building a board, etc.

One of the best synergies is to cast rewind on something, then cast Sprouting Vines EoT, so you have 2+ storm copies. Let 2 of the copies resolve, and then cast Brainstorm . Put the two lands you found back on top, and then you get to search one of them right back and shuffle your library. HUGE tempo swing, makes your hand so full of gas. I've never dropped a match where I actually got to resolve this. It's tantamount to drawing 4 cards after casting a counterspell. Pretty gross.

This is still very much a WIP, but I like to think it has a lot of potential. Slower than some other control decks, but also has a pretty good match against them and can typically grind out harder.

36 instants and 24 lands. The way magic was intended baby.
