The idea is to put as many lands as you can in your graveyard as fast as you cant with Contingency Plan and Pieces of the Puzzle and some other cards to play Splendid Reclamation on turn 4. Some times you can have up to 12 mana on turn 5 and you will be able to kill with Part the Waterveil + Rise from the Tides or just by awakening Part the Waterveil.

Some fogs and bounce spells yo keep you alive while feeling up your graveyard. Baral's Expertise is very good because you can clean the board an play your Splendid Reclamation.

Commit / Memory is very useful to avoid milling your self to dead and to recover your win conditions from your graveyard

Added black only to play very good sideboard cards against Marvel.Honored Hydra is a sideboard card againts control, because you can mill it and then embalm it on turn 4, and your opponent cant counter it and problably wont be able to kill it easily, because they wont expect it.
