Card Draw/Cantrips

To keep the chain going you're gonna need cards

Gifts Ungiven is very good at restocking your hand and Past in Flames allows you to reuse cards in your graveyard

Opt , Serum Visions , and Sleight of Hand are all cantrips and Manamorphose cantrips while also filtering mana

Pieces of the Puzzle can dig very deep for mana advantage or more card draw

Mana

Goblin Electromancer and Baral, Chief of Compliance makes the spells cheaper and Birgi, God of Storytelling   does something similar but it gives you mana instead of reducing the cost

Desperate Ritual and Pyretic Ritual give extra mana and Manamorphose filters mana and draws a card and can also be mana positive with any of the creature's listed above

Payoffs

Grapeshot essentially hits equal to the number of spells cast this turn and is the main payoff

Empty the Warrens essentially makes 2 1/1s for each spell cast this turn

If you wanted to decrease the budget the main cards that are pretty pricey are Baral, Chief of Compliance and Riverglide Pathway   as they take up around 30 dollars of the budget

For upgrades I would recommend upgrading the mana base with untapped dual lands like Steam Vents or Fiery Islet and adding more Baral, Chief of Compliance would probably be a good idea and Noxious Revival can be some nice recursion
