Ever heard of Sanity?

Hmph, who needs those?

Better think that way, cuz your sanity's soon gonna be frayed...

Fraying Sanity - Bread & Butter. Double mill, exponential potential.

Compelling Argument - Very strong mill spell, removing at least 5 cards from the opponent's library, however, this can mill 55 cards (which hopefully wins the game) at its max potential, which is if you have all four Fraying Sanity's on the field. What a dream!

Ipnu Rivulet - Sacrificing lands is very risky. This does mill 8 cards per desert if at least one Fraying Sanity is on the field (a realistic speculation), so it is viable as a finishing blow.

Minister of Inquiries - The prime minister of desanitiezation. Costs 1 mana; mills 3 per touch, and you can re-energize it with Siren's Ruse. Max mill ability over four turns: 180 cards (4x Fraying Sanity + 2x Siren's Ruse)

Siren's Ruse - Exclusive for Minister of Inquiries.

Seer of the Last Tomorrow - A weaker miller, but it's reusable as long as you can discard. Also a decent blocker if necessary.

Winds of Rebuke - The weakest miller, also self mills, but it sure buys time.

Censor - Utility boss. Very cheap cycling cost, usable counterspell.

Disallow - This counters everything and therefore must be included.

Essence Scatter - In a creature-heavy meta, playing an extra copy can't harm.

Nimble Obstructionist - A "special" card for sure. It's got flash as a last-second-blocker (that will probably die because it's got 1 toughness), but can also be cycled to counter an ability.

Scavenger Grounds - Graveyard decks, watch out.

Supreme Will - Provides some utility as either a counterspell or a weak tutor.

Winds of Rebuke - Buys time by bouncing any nonland permanent. Also a weak mill card.

Siren Stormtamer - Pretty much a square creature that can be turned into a single-use hexproof spell. One problem's that it can't protect Fraying Sanity since it's not a creature.

Lands - Duh.

Search for Azcanta   - This deck's not really creature heavy, so this'll always find a use.

Navigator's Ruin - Mills 8-ish per turn if you attacked (1 Fraying Sanity is expectable). This deck doesn't have many creatures, so it's not that powerful a mill spell, but it's good in some situations.

Opt - Deck Filtering

Siren Stormtamer - More copies for spot removal/curse heavy decks.

Spell Swindle - Value generator against high-cost spells (+2 mana trade against Approach of the Second Sun, for example).

Scavenger Grounds - With 4 copies, rip graveyard decks.

Search for Azcanta   - Ehm... Why not another copy.

Countervailing Winds - Synergises with Search for Azcanta  , as the graveyard can be of insane value with this card.

Baral's Expertise - Buys time against decks that flood you with creatures. Unfortunately, there's no blue board wipe currently in standard.

Enjoy your sanity while it lasts...
