Budget standard midrange vampire madness deck.The plan is to take over the board since turn 1 with Falkenrath Gorger or Insolent Neonate , followed by Ravenous Bloodseeker or Heir of Falkenrath   . Your turn 3 is situational, since you could play Drana, Liberator of Malakir, Olivia, Mobilized for War or attack with all of your creatures to trick your opponent into blocking and make use of Stensia Masquerade to pump up your board and get some good trades. With this deck you should always try to attack, since while it's not a 100% aggro deck its late game is kinda lacking. Of course we have Bloodhall Priest to gain advantage of our empty hand and Asylum Visitor to draw without setbacks, since losing 1 life for 1 card is crazily good, and it pushes us to get rid of our hand during the early to mid-game.I tried to cover all the needs of a midrange deck, in fact with cards like Collective Brutality you can control your opponent hand/gain life+deal dmg/kill an urgent target while continuing to abuse the madness mechanics, or you can side Alms of the Vein + Galvanic Bombardment to rush your opponent/control the board and your life. I really like Call the Bloodline but I think it's too slow for the main deck, so I made space for it in the side since it's really good vs a long matchup. I kept Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet in the maybeboard because I feel like it's too expensive for my wallet :P Feel free to switch it for Bloodhall Priest .
