I wanted a deck that ran lots of planeswalkers (because they're fun). I wanted Nicol Bolas in there, and so we have a Grixis planeswalker deck.

It's not a perfect deck yet, since this is the running list of the cards I have on hand, in the deck on my desk.

It's simple, really. You try to keep the board clear and safe. I can deal with just about any creature with this setup. Enchantments seem to be the biggest issue. That's why I run duress and mana leak/countersquall. (My roommates favorite deck is a tempered steel, hence the inclusion of the red sideboard.)

Still to replace:

Liliana Vess >> Liliana of the Dark Realms: She's faster and she draws!

Slagstorms >> Pyroclasms: to speed it up against super fast weenie decks. Also the single red symbol makes it much easier to cast.

Dragonskull Summing >> Blood Crypt: potentially speed up mana base, but more importantly, they are searchable through Solemn Simulacrum and Liliana of the Dark Realms.

Drowned Catacomb >> Watery Grave: potentially speed up mana base, but more importantly, they are searchable through Solemn Simulacrum and Liliana of the Dark Realms.
