Basically bad thoptersword. This type of deck that specilizes in swarming does very well vs decks that go tall like death's shadow, especially in the case of grixis where they've forgone Temur Battle Rage. Burn is a little awkward because of Eidolon of the Great Revel, but as long as you avoid or remove it post board the matchup is pretty smooth.

This deck is a bit different from the W/u version that 5-0'd the mtgo league in that it's a bit more commited to monument value, it's much much better vs Blood Moon, and it's faster thanks to Honor of the Pure. Spell based combo decks like ad nauseam suffer a little bit from the loss of Spell Queller.

the "combo" is Oketra's Monument and Whitemane Lion or Kor Skyfisher bouncing themselves for however much mana you have.

Otherwise this deck just chumps and swarms until the opponent is dead.

Runed Halo may be better than Gideon's Intervention The mana efficiency is good vs valakut decks, but intervention is good vs a resolved Walking Ballista, which can be quite important.
