U/R is not dead! Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Blood Moon. As a fellow splinter twin player I was devastated by the new ban list. In my current meta mana bases are extremely greedy. Most of the decks in the format run only a few basics. That is what makes Blood Moon so good in modern. Some decks in the format just scoop to Blood Moon. The other half of the deck is the Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Deceiver Exarch combo. In long games Keranos, God of Storms usually finishes the game.
