Inspired by the Rogue Deckbuilder's Budget Nivix Cyclops build. Guttersnipe and Nivix Cyclops fueled by flashbacks galore. Hidden Strings helps keep the combos going with Cipher. This deck will do it's own thing or it won't, depending on the draw. Like other similar builds, the main problem is keeping Guttersnipe and Cyclops alive as they are the main win cons here.
