It can also be a lot of fun with things like Irencrag Pyromancer, Conspiracy Theorist, Dreadhorde Arcanist, Incursion Specialist, etc.

So, I guess I would say: Chariot of Victory, (I know it is half the price of your deck but), Sakashima's Student, possibly Incursion Specialist or Jodah's Avenger, and Halimar Depths.

Murderous Compulsion all day every day.
I love it so much. It's one of few cards meant to reflect the gameplay, not the lore. I realize it doesn't do much for the Angler or Tasigur, which is tragic, but it kills Goyf turn three before you even declare blocks, and has an equal madness cost. I admit, in many situations it's a worse Big Game Hunter.
You can use brackets to indicate 
like [ [ 1 ] ] [ [ b ] ] and stuff. Sage's Dousing and Mana Leak have the same tax. Also Mana Leak might fill your two drop slot. Idk. Both are fantastic. Here's some two-drop wizards I would definitely consider: Asylum Visitor, Augur of Bolas, Incursion Specialist, Stormchaser Mage, and Tidebinder Mage in the sideboard. I would also seriously consider Delver of Secrets
Flip and Sidisi's Faithful. How is Delver not in this deck. Dark Confidant would be good too but $$$.

Incursion Specialist can be used as a Pauper EDH commander though.

Assuming that you are playing peasant, probably Elusive Spellfist as 2 spells can be very hard to do while keeping up a counter. If your playing pauper ,then Incursion Specialist is banned. keep the specialist in mind though if running a more creature heavy deck.

Well since pauper is commons only Incursion Specialist is banned, so spellfist :)
