Is the new Lazav good enough for standard?

I need to win once in a while. I think this deck can do it.

I'm hoping to get past most big creatures with spells like Dazzling Lights, Thought Erasure and Price of Fame since it works well with my deck theme.

Nightveil Predator may seem really mana intensive but its awesome for Lazav, the Multifarious on defense or offense.

Doom Whisperer should be pretty clear. Creeping Chill is to feed my whisperers. If I can surveil it away then its a 0 cost life drain spell. 4 of seems right. Lol

If any one can help with my SB that would be great. I have to go removal heavy for aggro and midrange and I'm running more counters for control. I may lose Essence Scatter for 2 Vraska's Contempt.

Update 1:

I've cut out Artful Takedown for 1 more Price of Fame and 1 more Thought Erasure. Both of these cards handle problems better usually and they surveil.

I dropped 2 Quasiduplicate for 2 Chemister's Insight. Token copies was fun but it didn't win me any games so I'm moving duplicate to sideboard for a fast match up.

I dropped 2 Enhanced Surveillance for 2 Creeping Chill. I'm testing this with adding the other 2 chills in and dropping down to 2 Notion Rain and 2 Sinister Sabotage and it feels bad in both cases.. Test hands have been strong but I'm tightening up my game plan.
