Finally... Milling becomes a legitimate competitive strategy with the new rotation of BNG!

... I know you have your doubts, but bear with me XD

The Infinite Combo:

The Mainboard:

  • Alpha Authority and Simic Charm are here for hexproof, and Syncopate and Dissolve are here for counter.

  • Artisan of Forms can become a copy of Kiora's Follower, preferably being activated by Alpha Authority .

  • Commune with the Gods, Ring of Three Wishes and Oracle's Insight are in here to cycle through the deck and fetch out the cards necessary for the combo.

  • Sylvan Caryatid provides hexproof ramp, and Omenspeaker gives some early deck cycling.

  • Finally, get out Codex Shredder and mill the entire deck of your opponent(s), which in my opinion is probably one of the most effective ways to win (when pulled off correctly). Additionally, if need be, Shredder can be sacrificed to return any card you may need from your graveyard.

  • Just to explain my reasoning, I chose to use more artifacts to create this combo specifically because they're harder to remove, as most people (if they're not playing counters) don't run many spells to destroy artifacts.

The Sideboard:

  • Mistcutter Hydra: An alternative place to shove all of my infinite mana when the mill combo isn't set up yet.

  • Pithing Needle: With a combo that's so card-specific, you gotta play on the safe side.

  • Fog / Defend the Hearth : These are just cards that you bring out when playing against aggro decks with no control. Can't get the combo out? Why not stall the game until either you get it or your opponent concedes from boredom!

  • Savage Summoning: Protection against counters.

While perhaps this strategy isn't fantastic... i'll be damned if it isn't fun! Any suggestions are appreciated!
